Developed from the design guidelines of DGI Bauwerk, Berlin, this project transforms the Visa Office, Security Complex and existing administrative block into a cohesive, future-ready campus through integrated civil, structural, interior, MEP, fire-safety, communication, landscaping and site-enhancement solutions aligned with international standards.
