The client desired to modernize their existing Guest House. A minimalistic design approach with finishes conducive to modern living were proposed with complete overhaul of internal partitions of the spaces within, with new finishes, custom built furniture along with MEP, lighting design and other related services. The main challenge was to render a luxurious hospitality space of international standards within a limited area and budget.
